Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

Eligibility

Access to and use of am816 is subject to the following eligibility requirements, which must be satisfied at the time of registration and on a continuous basis throughout your membership:

• You must be a natural person (not a corporate entity or automated system).
• You must be at least 21 years of age. am816 is strictly an adults-only platform. Individuals under 21 are prohibited from registering or using the platform in any capacity.
• You must be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which doing so is lawful under applicable local law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether online betting is permitted in your location.
• You must not be a current or former employee, director, officer, contractor, or immediate family member of am816 or any of its affiliated entities, game providers, or payment processors.
• You must not have had a prior account on am816 that was closed, suspended, or terminated for a breach of these Terms & Conditions.
• You must be acting on your own behalf. Registering or placing bets on behalf of a third party is strictly prohibited.

Account Registration

To access the full range of am816 services, you must create a single registered Account. The following conditions apply to the registration process and ongoing account management:

• One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one Account on am816. Opening duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of any associated Balance.
• Accurate Information: You must provide complete and accurate personal information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, active Indonesian mobile number, and Indonesian bank account or e-wallet details. am816 reserves the right to verify this information at any time.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. am816 will never ask for your password via email, chat, or telephone. You must notify am816 immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access to your Account.
• Contact Details: You are responsible for keeping your registered contact details up to date. am816 shall not be liable for any failure to deliver important account communications resulting from inaccurate or outdated contact information.
• Account Transfer: Your Account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to any other person under any circumstances.

Deposits & Withdrawals

All transactions on am816 are conducted exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). The following conditions govern deposits into and withdrawals from your Account:

4.1 Deposits

• The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50.000 for local bank transfers (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP) and Rp 20.000 for e-wallet transactions (OVO, GoPay, DANA, ShopeePay, LinkAja).
• Deposits are credited to your Account Balance in real time following confirmation of receipt from the relevant payment provider. am816 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party financial institutions or e-wallet providers.
• am816 does not accept deposits made from credit cards, prepaid cards, or payment methods not listed on the platform. Depositing funds on behalf of another person is prohibited.
• am816 reserves the right to decline any deposit and to request supporting documentation for unusually large transactions as part of its anti-money-laundering (AML) obligations.

4.2 Withdrawals

• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100.000. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically possible.
• All withdrawal requests require a fully completed KYC verification, including a verified KTP. Withdrawal requests submitted prior to KYC completion will be placed on hold until verification is finalized.
• Standard withdrawal processing times are 15 minutes to 1 hour during peak service hours (10:00–22:00 WIB). Off-peak withdrawals may take up to 3 hours. These timelines are targets and not guarantees; actual processing times may vary depending on your bank or e-wallet provider.
• Withdrawal requests above Rp 10.000.000 may be subject to enhanced due diligence review and may take up to 24 hours to process.
• am816 reserves the right to withhold withdrawals pending investigation if there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, system abuse, or breach of these Terms & Conditions.

Bonuses & Promotions

am816 offers various promotions including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and referral rewards. All promotional offers are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms published alongside each individual promotion:

• Wagering Requirements: Unless otherwise stated, all Bonus Funds carry a 30x wagering requirement calculated on the bonus amount only. Wagering must be completed within 14 calendar days of the bonus being credited. Incomplete wagering at expiry results in forfeiture of the remaining Bonus Funds.
• Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%, while table games, live casino, and togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) titles may contribute at a reduced rate as specified in the promotion's individual terms.
• Bonus Abuse: am816 monitors accounts for patterns indicative of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: hedging bets across multiple accounts, placing opposing bets to minimize risk while clearing wagering requirements, or exploiting system errors. Accounts found to be engaging in bonus abuse will have their Bonus Funds voided and their accounts reviewed for potential termination.
• One Bonus Per Household / IP Address: Promotional bonuses are limited to one per household, IP address, shared device, or shared payment method. am816 reserves the right to decline a promotional offer where it determines that the eligibility criteria have been circumvented.
• Withdrawal Restrictions: Withdrawal of real-money funds derived from a bonus is only permitted once the applicable wagering requirement has been fully met and verified by am816.
• Right to Modify or Withdraw Promotions: am816 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice. Ongoing qualifying wagering activity will not be affected by the discontinuation of a promotion.

Betting & Game Rules

The following general rules apply to all betting and gaming activity on am816. Specific rules for individual sports markets, casino games, togel, and other products are published within the relevant product sections of the platform and form part of these Terms & Conditions by reference.

• Bet Acceptance: A bet or wager is only accepted and binding once you have received a confirmation from am816's system. am816 reserves the right to decline any bet without providing a reason.
• Odds and Prices: Published odds are subject to change at any time prior to bet acceptance. In the event of a manifest error in published odds (e.g., odds that are clearly erroneous due to a technical fault), am816 reserves the right to void any bets placed at the erroneous price and return the stake to the Member's Account.
• Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all markets and are displayed at the point of bet placement. am816 reserves the right to impose individual account stake limits at its discretion.
• Live Betting: In-play bets on football (including BRI Liga 1, EPL, and Champions League), basketball, badminton, and e-sports markets are accepted subject to real-time price availability. am816 is not responsible for any delay between a live event and the platform's real-time feed that may affect live bet outcomes.
• Mix Parlay (accumulator) Bets: Mix parlay bets involving multiple selections are governed by standard accumulator rules. If one or more selections in a mix parlay are voided, the bet is recalculated as if that selection were not included.
• RNG Games: All slot and table game outcomes are determined by a certified Random Number Generator. The Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each game is published by the relevant provider and available on request.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on am816 and may result in immediate account suspension, termination, and forfeiture of Balance:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at registration or during KYC verification.
• Registering or operating more than one Account, whether directly or through an agent, nominee, or third party.
• Using automated software, bots, scrapers, or any other non-human method to interact with the platform, place bets, or manipulate game outcomes.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or market.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the platform. Any such vulnerabilities must be reported to am816 immediately.
• Depositing funds derived from unlawful activities or engaging in any conduct that may constitute money laundering or financing of illegal activities.
• Using the platform for any commercial purpose, including operating a syndicate, acting as an agent, or reselling credits or access to third parties.
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts, degrades, or interferes with the normal operation of the platform or the experience of other Members.

KYC & Identity Verification

am816 is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification on all Members as part of its anti-money-laundering an d responsible gaming obligations. The following conditions apply:

• Mandatory Verification: All Members must complete KYC verification before their first withdrawal is processed. am816 reserves the right to request KYC documents at any stage of the account lifecycle.
• Required Documents: Standard KYC documentation includes a valid Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP), a recent utility bill or bank statement (dated within 90 days) confirming your registered address, and a selfie photograph holding your KTP. Additional documents may be requested at am816's discretion.
• Processing Time: KYC reviews are typically completed within 1–3 business days of receiving all required documentation. Members will be notified by email once their verification is complete.
• Account Restrictions: Until KYC is completed, deposit and wagering activity may continue; however, withdrawal requests will remain on hold. am816 accepts no liability for losses arising from a Member's delay in completing KYC verification.
• Data Handling: All KYC documents are handled in strict accordance with am816's Privacy Policy. Documents are stored securely and used solely for identity verification and regulatory compliance purposes.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, am816 and its affiliated entities, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or opportunity arising from your use of — or inability to use — the platform, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of platform services due to scheduled or emergency maintenance, technical failures, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond am816's reasonable control.
• Any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your Account where you have failed to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• The accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of live sports data, odds, or game results displayed on the platform, where errors arise from third-party data feed providers.
• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform.

Account Suspension & Termination

am816 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any Member's Account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time following a formal request.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, identity theft, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Placement of bets or use of services by a person under 21 years of age.
• A Member's voluntary request for self-exclusion pursuant to am816's Responsible Gaming policy.
• am816's decision to withdraw services from a particular jurisdiction or market segment.

Upon termination for a breach of these Terms & Conditions, any Balance comprising Bonus Funds or funds derived from bonus-linked activity shall be forfeited. Real-money deposits not linked to a promotional offer will be returned to the Member following a compliance review, subject to any applicable withholding for outstanding investigations.

Members wishing to close their Account voluntarily may do so by contacting am816 support via live chat or by emailing [email protected] (plain text — do not use this as a clickable link). Account closure requests are typically processed within 24 hours.

Privacy & Data

am816 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

am816 will not sell, rent, or otherwise transfer your personal data to unaffiliated third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent. Data may be shared with licensed payment processors, KYC verification partners, fraud prevention services, and regulatory authorities where required by law.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which am816 holds its international gaming license. By registering and using the platform, you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction for the resolution of any disputes arising from or related to these Terms & Conditions or your use of the platform.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, am816 reserves the right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any jurisdiction it deems appropriate to protect its legitimate interests, including in relation to intellectual property, fraud, or platform security.

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remaining terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.

Amendments

am816 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, am816 will provide reasonable advance notice to registered Members via email or a platform notification. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the date on which the most recent revision came into effect.

Your continued use of the platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the platform and contact support to close your Account.
